Terms of Use (EULA)

By downloading or using Wazifty ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wazifty, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Wazifty grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Wazifty (e.g., your profile, CV, job postings). By submitting content, you grant Wazifty a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent
• Defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• In violation of any third-party rights
• In violation of any applicable laws or regulations

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to spam, harass, or harm other users
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
• Scrape or collect data from the App without our consent
• Interfere with the App's operation or security
• Use the App to send unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Wazifty and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wazifty does not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Job listings or candidate profiles are accurate or current
• The App will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wazifty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• These Terms are between you and Wazifty only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• In the event of a failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms
